In the fifth part of our Tech Talks series, Mortgage Solutions group editor Victoria Hartley asks Jenny Watts MD Marketplace Habito, whether mortgage advice will be a hybrid of human and technology forever.

Watts said if a deal is low loan to value and a remortgage, it is possible to get to key facts illustration or ESIS-stage without a human adviser, but the customer will choose the route they want to take.
