Abbey for Intermediaries is to cut interest rates across its fixed rate mortgage range by up to 1.10% and launch a three-year fixed rate at 3.19% with no fee.
The deal is available up to 70% LTV for homebuyers and remortgagers and will launch with all reduced rate deals on 16 September.
Reduced rate deals will feature across Abbey's range of two-, three-, four-, and five-year fixed rate mortgages.
Its four-year fixed rate at 85% LTV for first-time buyers will see the largest cut of 1.10%, now with an interest rate of 4.29% with a £495 fee.
In its two-year fixed rate range, reductions will include Abbey's 90% LTV deal for homebuyers, cut by 0.84% to 5.35% with a £495 fee, while its 80% and 85% LTV deals for homebuyers and remortgagers will be reduced to 3.19% and 3.95% respectively, with £995 fees.
Abbey's three-year fixed rate deals include 3.55% up to 75% LTV, with no fee, and 4.09% up to 85% LTV, with a £495 fee.
The five-year fixed rate range will see rates cut by up to 0.94%, with its 85% LTV deal for homebuyers now 4.75% with a £995 fee, and 90% LTV for first-time buyers now 5.75% with a £495 fee.
All deals come with free standard valuation and £250 cashback upon completion for homebuyers, while remortgagers can choose between free legals or cashback.
