The SimplyBiz Group has appointed Martin Reynolds to the newly created role of chief executive of its mortgage club, SimplyBiz Mortgages.
Reynolds, who has previously held senior positions at PMS, edeus and BM Solutions, takes up the role with immediate effect to drive forward the club's expansion plans.
He takes on responsibility for all aspects of the club, including developing its offering and recruiting members, and will report to Matthew Timmins, joint managing director of the SimplyBiz Group.
Ken Davy, chairman of SimplyBiz, said: "SimplyBiz Mortgages has been growing year-on-year for the last four years and we have some exciting plans ahead.
"We are delighted that Martin has agreed to join us; he has a wealth of experience on both the intermediary and lender side of distribution and we feel he is an excellent fit to help us take SimplyBiz Mortgages to the next level."
Reynolds said: "Simply Biz Mortgages is in a strong position to continue expanding and become a strong competitor in the mortgage club world. I am pleased to be joining at such an exciting time and I am looking forward to working with the team."
