Platform has increased its maximum buy-to-let mortgage loan size from £350,000 to £500,000, with the launch of its Premier range.
The Premier buy-to-let deals, offering the increased loan size, are only available to landlords with a minimum sole or joint income of £60,000. All of its other buy-to-let deals retain a maximum loan size of £350,000.
In addition, Platform has increased its maximum portfolio exposure on three properties from £1m to £1.5m.
The Premier deals include a two-year fixed rate up to 60% LTV at 3.99% and up to 65% LTV at 4.39%. There are also two-year trackers up to 60% LTV at Bank base rate (BBR) +2.79% and up to 65% LTV at BBR+3.19%.
All deals have a 1% arrangement fee, which must be added to the value of the loan.
The Premier range also includes let-to-buy products, for borrowers wishing to purchase a new residential property without selling their existing property.
Premier let-to-buy mortgages include two-year fixed rates at 4.09% up to 60% LTV and 4.49% up to 65% LTV, and two-year trackers at BBR+2.89% up to 60% LTV and BBR+3.29% up to 65% LTV.
All deals offer a free valuation for purchases and remortgages, and free standard legals for remortgages.
Nick Allen, product marketing manager at Platform, said: "The introduction of the new Premier buy-to-let products will further improve our buy-to-let range and enable brokers to offer a wider suite of products to their clients.
"We have already stated that our lending in the buy-to-let sector will increase by a third this year to £600m and we will be launching further innovative products throughout the year to best serve brokers."
