Platinum Options has launched an online bridging service supported by a panel of lenders.
The mortgage desk offers instant decisions and once a case has been agreed, the offer will be generated instantly subject only to valuation, money laundering checks and a £399 application fee.
Tony Bunting of Platinum Options, said: "The requirement for bridging finance has been steadily increasing since the start of the credit crunch and brokers have been approaching us to help them find the best deals for their clients."
He said the firm created its own online proposition offering first or second charge, regulated or non-regulated loans, including lending to trusts, ex-pats and foreign nationals and commercial at up to 100% LTV with the appropriate security.
The system also allows brokers to key their broker fee which will then be included on the offer document along with the introductory commission payable by the lender.
"Our aim was to create a simple process whereby the broker keys the application onto our system and receives a competitive offer from one of our panel lenders. Our system is able to recognise which lender or lenders will be able to lend on a particular deal and the broker can then decide which deal best suits their client before the offer is generated," said Bunting.
