Brilliant Mortgage Club has launched a semi-exclusive three-year fixed rate mortgage at 3.55% with no fees from Furness Building Society.
The deal, available for purchase and remortgage, is fixed until 30 April 2015 up to 80% LTV.
Remortgages will also get free legals and valuations.
Matthew Arena (pictured), managing director of parent group Brilliant Solutions, said: "The Furness is a recent addition to our lender panel and I am delighted that it has seen fit to offer our intermediaries access to these two excellent fixed rate products via our mortgage club.
"I would imagine that the demand for these products will be high so they may not last long."
