Mortgage Express has launched into a deal with Midas IT Services, an IT solutions provider, to develop a broker management and payment system for the lender at an estimated cost of £150,000.
The new system will help Mortgage Express to speed up mailings and payments to brokers by using instantly updated data from the company database. It will also enable the lender to speed up its dealings with customers through instant access to their customer details. It will help Mortgage Express with targeted mailings and offer seamless access to data.
John Edwards, project manager at Mortgage Express, said the firm wanted to outsource development of the system.
He said: “We were looking for a company with a proven ability to develop a system to a set time and budget. From an analysis of our needs, Midas worked with us to design a system with relevant scope and functionality which we were then able to integrate with our mortgage application request system, within time and budget.”
Midas IT Services is a specialist in the provision of IT solutions, from consultancy and packaged solutions to systems integration and application design and development.
It has previously worked with Toyota (GB), Balfour Beatty Major Projects, Ernst and Young, Cornhill Insurance and the Ministry of Defence.
