Mortgage Next has launched a new website that will allow financial advisers free registration and access to a range of over 500 mortgage products.

Operations director Justine Tomlinson said: “This is the first phase of an exciting development for Mortgage Next and for our financial advisers.”

The company designs mortgage products for exclusive placement through financial advisers and institutions with a panel of lenders. There is a core panel of 12 lenders and a sub-prime panel of three.

Once registered, advisers will have access to information on the company and on the latest deals from the panel.

Brokers will also receive a marketing pack comprising information on the company’s support facilities, including details of the national salesforce to help financial advisers locally and a call centre for help with placing complex mortgage applications with the best lender.

As yet, the site does not offer an online application form, but a second phase is planned for launch in September.
