Cheltenham-based house builder Westbury has launched a new financial services company aiming to offer customers the choice of arranging mortgages either online or through face to face contact with an independent financial adviser.
The company, Incresco Limited, is set to offer customers a complete range of financial services including insurance, investments, pensions and personal loans in addition to mortgages. Initially focusing on the new homes arena, the company aims to offer its services to other house builders and become a key player in this specialist market.
David Pearce, managing director of Incresco, said: “We can deliver a niche service to other house builders as we are familiar with the new home market.”
