The Government has admitted that Sellers’ Packs are unlikely to be introduced until 2004, having failed to secure a parliamentary slot for the legislation. It is hoped a slot will be found next year. The packs, which were unpopular with sections of the housing markets because of the costs involved, were scheduled for launch in April 2003.
