Mortgage Express is launching an online application service for advisers early next year. The service will enable advisers to do everything online, from getting a compliant quote to checking the process of their case.
Charles Johnson, e-commerce customer relations manager at Mortgage Express, said: ‘Advisers can do their applications online. They can do a compliant quote, then move on to a decision in principle in a matter of minutes. This is a fully online automated decision.’
The application is submitted online and processed and underwritten by Mortgage Express.
Efficiency is the main advantage of the site, according to Johnson, who said: ‘It is easier and quicker to use than other sites and has great efficiency. It is a secure site using 128 bit security which has proved reliable over the year.’
The service, which has already been piloted with a selection of advisers over the year, requires users to register online but will then be free to use.
Mortgage Express will launch a range of new services for advisers which will follow the launch of the online service next year.
