Mortgage Solutions has teamed up with the UK’s three largest mortgage clubs to launch The Mortgage Event 2002 ‘ the definitive roadshow for brokers and IFAs in the mortgage market, writes Rachel Williams.
Run in association with Scottish Amicable Premier Mortgage Service, the Legal & General Mortgage Club and the ZIFA Mortgage Network, The Mortgage Event 2002 is a series of nationwide one-day conference and exhibition events that aim to provide advisers with the tools to face the challenges presented by the changing mortgage market. The event will also be supported by industry regulators, trade bodies and lenders, giving delegates the opportunity to meet and question key industry figures.
John Malone, national mortgage manager at Scottish Amicable, said: ‘We recognise the value and importance of the three key mortgage clubs coming together to help brokers tackle the challenges of the coming year. ‘This year will be important for brokers ‘ regulation, changes to polarisation rules and technology will all have a big impact on every intermediary’s business.’

Seven events will take place across the UK, starting in Glasgow on 17 September and culminating in London on 10 October with a black-tie gala dinner.
