Pink Home Loans has added three new lenders to its direct lender panel. Northern Rock, Scottish Widows Bank and UCB Home Loans have all joined.
Pink’s sales and marketing director, David Copland, said: ‘Both Northern Rock and Scottish Widows have equity release products. Northern Rock also has the Together product, a part secured and part unsecured loan, which is well liked by intermediaries. UCB in turn has a reputation for being fast and efficient in delivering self-cert mortgages.
‘We are trying to make the product range as rounded as possible so intermediaries using the club do not have to go outside it to find products,’ he added.
Products from the direct lender panel are available to intermediaries via Pink Premier or the Pink Mortgage Club.
