Mortgage Express has launched a new online service for advisers. The service comprises two websites: mx-online, a direct-to-adviser service; and mortgage express, an information-based service.

Mx-online offers online quotations and automated decisions in principle (DIP). For applications submitted online there is a target offer time of 13 days.

The Mortgage Express website provides detailed product information and criteria and offers facilities to download forms and request literature and brochures online. The site also contains a number of mortgage calculators.

Tim Dawson, managing director, said: ‘The sites will give advisers what they need to com-pete in this fast-moving industry ‘ quick DIPs and applications and the ability to check on clients’ progress when they need to.’
