Nationwide and Portman BS have joined the m2-mortgage club headed by Mortgage 2000. The club will pay a procuration fee of 0.35% on Portman loans and 0.25% with a minimum of £125 with Nationwide.

Sean Hornsby, director at Mortgage 2000, said: ‘The beauty of mortgage clubs is that they allow advisers to retain control with lenders, while taking advantage of the enhanced procuration fees available.’
