The Exchange has formed an alliance with IFA group Thomsons to supply, customise and install its back-office administration system, ‘Officeweb.’

The new system will be combined with The Exchange’s existing trading platform, which means data can be entered once and then re-used to reproduce quotations and application forms.

Officeweb is also available to IFAs as a packaged system that can be hosted on third-party systems. Dave Gardner, chief executive at Thomson, said: ‘The system supports our UK expansion plans and it will give us the scope to expand our business.’
