Referral service Mortgage.Com. Limited has extended its proposition to intermediaries ‘ offering commission for passing on remortgage and equity release business through its new telesales option.

The company, which allows advisers to earn commission from mortgages without giving advice to customers, is providing a joint mailing campaign to existing clients which a team of telesales people will follow up as potential leads. All business completed will earn intermediaries £150 to £200. The team will be headed by Jenny Wilson, former national telesales adviser with Sun Life of Canada.

A website ‘ www.letsborrowandbuyit.com ‘ has also been launched. Any leads generated from the website are passed on to intermediaries for investment business.

Managing director of Mortgage.Com.Limited, Stuart Wilson, said: ‘Our offering has taken the mortgage market by storm this year, and we are always looking for ways of adding further value. We think our latest plans will add more reason for IFAs to give us all their mortgage business and earn commission for five minutes work that currently takes them six to 10 hours.’
