Mortgage club Genesis Approved has concluded a deal to provide its members with Trigold Prospector sourcing software free of charge. Members will not pay if they give Genesis two mortgage applications a month.

Frank Thurlby, head of operations at Genesis, said: ‘Many members share our view about the quality of the Prospector software and when it is free the deal is irresistible.’ Genesis aims to have a national network of 400 members by the end of 2002 and is using the free software offer as a recruitment tool.
