Britannic Money has released a broker’s guide to the proposals contained within CP146. The 16-page Your Guide to Mortgage Regulation is a condensed summary of the full CP146 document.
James Mayne, strategic development manager at Britannic Money, said: ‘Having spent many hours going through CP146, we thought it would be a good idea to offer a condensed version of what the Financial Services Authority is trying to do.
‘If brokers want to get involved in the consultation process, they can get an overview without downloading over 350 pages of the original document. It is imperative the mortgage intermediary understands how they will be regulated in the future and what impact this will have on their business.’
