Derbyshire Building Society has won places on both the APS Europe and Genesis Approved lender panels.

APS Europe is a Manchester-based mortgage club and Derbyshire BS will provide it with its new range of three and five-year discounted rates as well as fixed, tracker, buy to let and light adverse mortgages.

APS Europe introducers will receive an enhanced procuration fee for applications submitted directly to Derbyshire BS. Genesis Approved is the intermediary mortgage club for Genesis Home Loans, and its members will also receive a procuration fee of 0.25% of the loan on each completed case.
