Coventry Building Society has become an internet lender with the Trigold online trading system.
Trigold’s infrastructure will allow Coventry to provide online applications and decisions in principle, with cost and time benefits, including faster decision making, reduced administration and quicker delivery of products to the market.
Ben Cooper, marketing manager at Trigold, said: ‘Brokers using Coventry will find the process faster as there is no longer a reliance on the post. Any lender can have their products placed on our system, it is the online ability that is the point. I think Coventry chose Trigold because we have rapidly-growing intermediary support.’
The society now has access to Trigold’s growing user base and as it uses Trigold’s online process it claims there is less chance of inaccuracy as information is pre-populated throughout all documents.
