Paul Robinson is to take on the newly-created role of chief executive officer at Solent Mortgage Services (SMS).
Kelvin Cooper moves to the position of managing director and Ian Balfour will take on the role of sales and marketing director. Andy Payne retains his role as director of operations.
Robinson said: ‘Due to the huge expansion during 2002, we re-assessed our roles to ensure we were making the most of our skills base and working together to plan for our continued growth in 2003. This change has given us an opportunity to re-focus on what we want to achieve as a company.’
