Platform, the intermediary lending arm of Britannia, will launch on 3 February following the integration of Platform Home Loans and Verso. The brand aims to provide for all intermediaries’ needs under one roof. As such, it will practise cascade underwriting to offer a mortgage whatever the client’s circumstances. To promote the lender, a series of roadshows will be staged in February. They will take place in Southampton, Newport, Birmingham, London, Newcastle, Manchester and Sheffield.
