Essex & Capital Mortgage Corporation
The Essex & Capital Mortgage Corporation has appointed Dominic De Cramilly as compliance manager.
De Cramilly, who will be based at the firm’s Southend headquarters, has worked in financial services since the mid-1980s, and started with Lloyds TSB. Having helped set up a mortgage desk at the bank, he moved to Alliance & Leicester as a branch manager before being promoted to area sales manager in Northern Ireland.
During his time with Alliance & Leicester, De Cramilly was involved in mortgage processing and sourcing mortgage business from brokers, as well as making lending decisions. Since relocating back to England, he has worked as sales manager for a mortgage packager in Central London and also as a training and competence manager for a major national IFA.
The Mortgage Group (TMG)
Specialist mortgage adviser, TMG, has made two new appointments at its West Midlands regional centre.
Anna Pirie Jones and Daniel Roach have joined the management team to run TMG’s call centre in Droitwich, when it opens on 17 March 2003.
Chris Cartwright, regional manager for TMG in the Midlands, said: ‘I am delighted to have found two outstanding individuals with the qualities to make a major impression on our business at both a regional and national level.’
Pirie Jones joins TMG from Worcester-based General Guarantee Finance, where she was a team leader managing 12 customer service agents. She worked for the company for two years. Prior to joining General Guarantee, Pirie Jones was an operations supervisor for retail security specialist Frances Clarke.
Roach has also joined TMG from General Guarantee, where he was also a team leader. Roach previously worked in a call centre environment for British Telecom, Cable & Wireless and Manpower.
