Mortgage network, Homeloan Partnership, has added a members’ area to its website with a training and compliance section featuring continuing professional development (CPD) points.
The section, which also has glossaries and mortgage-related articles, offers online compliance testing, including random questions, as a means of practicing for CeMAP examinations.
Steve Hoare, managing director of Homeloan Partnership, said: ‘The website also logs visits, and every time a batch of questions is answered with a pass rate of over 70%, then a half hour’s CPD points are sent to the member.’
At the moment, the site, which will also include a chat room, is only open to members, but may open to non-members in the future.
