Goldsmith Williams
David Short has joined conveyancing solicitor Goldsmith Williams as corporate services director. Short will manage and develop major account relationships with brokers and packagers throughout the UK. He will also be responsible for developing new company relationships. Short has 33 years of financial services experience and was a founder director of The Mortgage Operation, where he led the packager distributor’s corporate account division. He has also worked with Mortgages plc.
Commenting on his new role, Short said: ‘I am delighted to be joining Goldsmith Williams at a time when impending regulation will open up a number of key business opportunities for the firm. The company has an excellent reputation among packagers, and I am looking forward to helping it strengthen its position further.’
