Branded lender, Abacus, is to give intermediaries one mortgage lead in return for every mortgage application they submit that passes the credit check and has had the valuation on it instructed. Marc Turner, head of sales at Abacus, said: ‘These are high quality leads that will offer new business opportunities and we have not placed any conditions on how the leads are used or where the business is placed.’
