Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited (SPML) has appointed Allied Surveyors to look after the management of its valuation instructions. If unable to cater for SPML’s needs from its own 360-strong surveyor base, Allied Surveyors will direct it through one of SPML’s existing surveyor partners. Diane Lark, executive manager at SPML, said the move would help maintain speed and efficiency of service as the lender continued to grow.
