Sub-prime lender, igroup, has launched a new version of its intermediary website, izone. Developed with input from 75 mortgage intermediary firms, the site includes improved case-tracking, constantly-open access and an online document library. The lender has concentrated on case-tracking as 92% of its brokers claimed this was the most important online tool.
