Packager Pink Home Loans has appointed Louise Young as BDM for the North London region. She moves from the position of team manager in Pink’s operations department, and joins a team of five BDMs. Young’s role will be focussed on developing new opportunities and building on existing customer relationships. Prior to her role at Pink, she held the position of team manager in the mortgage processing department at BM Solutions’ head office, where she was involved in process design, recruitment and branch liaison, and actively reduced turnaround times.
Opus Mortgages
Kevin Graham has joined Opus Mortgages as the packager/ correspondent lender’s new head of corporate development. Graham has previously held senior management positions for 13 years with Bristol & West’s mortgage packaging arm. Prior to 1990, he was a district manager for the National & Provincial Building Society. His ambitious brief is to turn the company into the UK’s leading source of specialist mortgage funding.
