Scottish Provident’s mortgage club, The Mortgage Alliance, has expanded its lending panel to include Cheshire and Leeds & Holbeck building societies, boosting lender numbers to 24, with five new lenders announced so far this year. Mark Evans, national mortgage manager at Scottish Provident, said: ‘We hope to announce further partnerships shortly.’ Procuration fees for cases introduced to both Cheshire and Leeds & Holbeck via The Mortgage Alliance are 0.35%.
