The West Bromwich Building Society has launched an online mortgage illustration service, enabling customers to see full details of all costs before applying for a mortgage with the Society. The service will give customers a complete outline of all repayments and any upfront charges and early repayment costs before they apply for a mortgage. This will meet FSA key fact illustration requirements.
