Trigold success is tailor-made

Moneybox, The Black & White Mortgage Company and Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) have all chosen Trigold solutions for sourcing and compliance, citing the ability to adapt it to their requirements as a key factor.

Terry Dutton, business partner at Moneybox, said: “We decided to move across to the Trigold system as we were able to tailor it to give us greater functionality in a very user-friendly format. We hope the addition of Compliance Shield will give us greater control over the business our advisers complete.”

Included in Black & White’s build specifications is the ability to maintain mortgage exclusives and to search for risk and insurance cross sale products, while MAB has tailored the system to its franchise model.

Peter Brodnicki, chief executive of MAB, said: “In line with our recent rapid expansion we are currently reviewing all our operation systems and recognised the immediate benefit of changing our mortgage software system. The new package makes processsing quicker and easier, which benefits both the broker and customer.”

Bill Safran, joint managing director of Trigold, said: “Trigold provides a practical, effective solution for everything from initial mortgage sourcing through to online applications, satisfying all compliance requirements.

“Our large network clients chose our software in part because it could be tailored to seamlessly adapt to their business. Trigold doesn’t dictate the way our clients do business, we merely facilitate it.”

Trigold has recently added Compliance Shield audit software (which gathers the information required by imminent compliance regulations) to its mortgage point of sale software, Prospector Plus.
