Specialist non-conforming commercial mortgage packager The Finance Centre (TFC) Commercial has appointed Duncan Hayward as its sales director. He joins TFC Commercial to help increase the company’s penetration into the sub-prime commercial market.

Haywood has more than 22 years experience in the finance industry, with 11 in commercial lending. He was previously north west business development manager for Abbey National and prior to that he worked for Royal SunAlliance and Wilmslow Financial Services (now Freedom Finance).

Wayne Smethurst, senior partner at TFC, said: “The sub-prime commercial market is on the verge of rapid expansion and brokers need help to unleash the potential of this market. Duncan is the perfect person to help brokers who may not have dealt with commercial loans before.”
