Leeds-based credit reference agency Callcredit, part of the Skipton Group, has added a deputy-managing director to its senior management team. The company has recruited William Lacon to take control of operations, development and IT functions. Previously managing director of sister company CAST Systems, Lacon has over 13 years” senior management experience within the Skipton Group. He joined Skipton Building Society in 1990, moving to Homeloan Management in 1994 as director of sales, ultimately becoming the company”s deputy managing director.
Eversheds
Lawyer Eversheds has announced the addition of Jonathan Thomas as its new head of mortgage enforcement and sales-in-possession team. In his new role he will be responsible for all the company”s mortgage enforcement and sales-in-possession clients, including many banks and building societies. Thomas, a chartered accountant, previously worked for accountants Coopers & Lybrand British Coal, and HTV group.

Payam Azadi has joined packager/ network Mortgage Times as head of marketing and corporate relations. He previously worked for Network Data Ltd where over the past four and a half years he has held various positions including marketing & design, media relations and PR. His responsibilities will include advertising, promotions and further development of corporate relationships.

Solent Mortgage Services has announced the appointment of Ronnie Leste as a business development manager in the South East. Leste joins from London estate agents Kinleigh Folkland Haywood, where he was a mortgage broker.
