National developer Barratt has seen interest soar in its latest project on the docks of the Solent and Southampton Water. The development, which resembles an ocean liner, has been modelled in keeping with its location, opposite the home of the Queen Mary II. Rising to 12 floors, the 108 one and two-bedroom apartments are already 30% sold. Maria Heath, sales manager at Barratt Southampton, said: “The elegant apartments on the site of what was the Customs House are really causing a stir among househunters. Oceana Boulevard is certainly delivering its promise as being one of the best new developments in the heart of Southampton.”
