Aldermore adopts Mortgage Brain’s lender solution
Aldermore has become the first lender to adopt Mortgage Brain’s Lender Retail point-of-sale solution.

The system allows Aldermore’s advisers to conduct retail mortgage advice and sales processes including Initial Disclosure Documents, fact finds, needs analysis and reason for recommendation as well as compliance monitoring.

Aldermore Mortgages managing director Charles Haresnape (pictured) said: “By partnering with Mortgage Brain and adopting its technology solutions our retail mortgage advisers can, under the new MMR rules, discuss the mortgage needs of customers choosing to come direct to us with the support of market-leading technology and compliance solutions.”

The system is a lender version of the Key, a compliance reporting module and point-of-sale solution for mortgage brokers.
