Abbey launches five-year fix for seven days only
Abbey for Intermediaries has announced the launch of a new seven day special.

The special product is a five-year fixed rate product at 2.99% and available up to 60% LTV. The product is available to both homebuyers and remortgagors and has a maximum loan size of £1m. Cashback offers are also available.

Abbey will offer the product to all key accounts and it will be available until close of business on Thursday 21 March.

The lender said its previous seven day special had promoted a 30% increase in business.

Miguel Sard, managing director of Abbey for Intermediaries, said: “We are delighted to launch our latest market leading seven day special, designed to meet the needs of borrowers looking for a longer-term fix rate with a fantastic rate and no fee.

“With the added benefit of the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution, we expect this product to be very popular with intermediaries and their clients over the next seven days.

“The demand for our seven day specials has been extremely strong and we are pleased to continue to support the intermediary market with these Key Account exclusives.”
