Rise in profits at Blacks Solicitors
Blacks Solicitors has announced an increase in profits to more than £1.5m for the last financial year.

The Yorkshire-based law firm announced its profits were up more than 7% compared to the previous financial year.

The firm, which celebrates its 25th birthday this month, saw turnover grow 21% to hit £8.8m over the course of the year.

It said it was taking steps to bolster its team with 25 appointments to its conveyancing division. In total 35 appointments have been made during the last 12 months.

Chris Allen, managing partner at Blacks, said: “I am proud to announce yet another successful year of financial results for Blacks, and as a result welcome so many new faces to our team of experts.

“Our expansion is a true testament to the hard work that goes in to delivering exceptional service for our clients, along with sensible financial management. We look forward to continuing this growth over the next 12 months.”
