Fleet adds Intrinsic to panel
Fleet Mortgages has added Intrinsic to its distribution panel.

Intrinsic advisers, including its appointed representative firms and its Positive Solutions partners, can now access Fleet Mortgages’ buy-to-let range which includes mainstream, HMO and limited company products.

Intrinsic is part of Old Mutual Wealth, after being acquired in July 2014, and has more than 3,000 financial advisers.

Fleet Mortgages’ distribution panel now comprises of 11 firms with more additions planned over the next quarter.

Bob Young (pictured), chief executive officer of Fleet Mortgages, said the lender is working towards all intermediaries having access to the Fleet Mortgages’ product range.

“Intrinsic come with a quality pedigree and we are looking forward to dealing with its members and their buy-to-let clients. The spring is traditionally a strong period for the buy-to-let market and there is nothing to suggest that 2015 will be any different.”

Mortgage Solutions reported last week how Fleet Mortgages reported £145m of buy-to-let lending in its first quarter of trading with an average loan size of £245,000.

HMO products and loans to limited companies accounted for 40% of lending with the rest covering individual landlord deals.
