EasySource will also include a ‘near miss’ function, giving brokers the option to place their case with another lender if it does not fit the initial criteria selected.
Intermediaries will also be provided with a case audit trail, automated case updates, evidence of research and access to rewards.
Product categories for sourcing will include specialist mortgages, specialist buy to let, bridging loans, second charge mortgages and commercial finance.
The system is being supported by Twenty7Tec, which will provide the integration of first charge mortgages to provide a comparison alongside second charge deals.
