In partnership with ULS Technology, mortgage broker John Charcol has custom-built legal panel technology driven by customer-service ratings.
John Charcol Legal, which rolled out in May, offers its 115 brokers ten law firms with listings driven by service-rating, price and location. When a firm’s overall score falls below a set level, the business is automatically replaced by another firm.
This will offer Charcol’s telephony and face-to-face advisers, who are projected to write £2bn of business in 2016, time and money savings for its clients, said Charcol’s sales director, Peter Williams.
Alan Young, business development director at teh software firm said: “John Charcol has given ULS the opportunity to grow something special for them that can really make a difference to the overall experience that their advisers’ mortgage customers receive, and I’m really excited that ULS has been awarded this opportunity.”
