Northview Group’s distribution director David Finlay and New Street’s sales and distribution director Adrian Whittaker have both exited the lender within the last week.
Mortgage Solutions understands the pair left the Northview Group, previously Kensington Group, within a similar timeframe but that discussions between the parties are ongoing.
Keith Street, originally head of Kensington Mortgages and appointed to the role of vice chairman across the group earlier this year, was unavailable to comment.
Whittaker and Finlay (pictured) were also unavailable.
Whittaker, a much-liked industry figure, joined New Street just 10 months ago following stints with MyHomemove, Mortgage Brain and Santander.
Finlay was previously managing director of intermediary channel at Barclays for two years but with the bank for 12 years overall.
Kensington Mortgages rebranded to Northview Group in January this year.
Alex Hammond, head of marketing and communications at Kensington, is also leaving the lender shortly to join Castle Trust.
In 2015, private equity partners Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and TPG Special Situations Partners completed the buyout of Kensington for £180m in September 2014.
