The Buy To Let Business team flexed more than their mortgage market knowledge after 22 of the team dropped and also gave it 22 press ups in an impressive display to raise awareness of suicide and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) among US and UK veterans.
Shane Chawatama, mortgage manger at The Buy to Let Business accepted the challenge and asked his team in Camberley, Surrey to join him, including MD, Ying Tan.
Then, Chawatama nominated Roger Morris, director of sales and the Precise, which was accepted – and nominated Brightstar Financial’s CEO, Rob Jupp…who accepted. (you get the picture).

The social media sensation began in the US earlier this year to raise awareness of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and the 22 army veterans who take their own lives each day.

Earlier this year, UK veterans’ mental health charity Combat Stress revealed 6004 people had come to them over the past 12 months seeking help for PTSD, depression or anxiety. Furthermore, suicide is the single biggest cause of death in all men under 45 in UK.

To get involved:

  • Record a video of yourself doing your push ups, stating your name and WHO you’re doing the challenge for or WHY you’re doing it.
