Vida Homeloans adds nine packagers to panel
Newly-launched specialist lender Vida Homeloans has expanded its packager panel with nine additions which will distribute its range of residential and buy-to-let mortgages.

Packagers joining the intermediary-only lender’s panel are Active Investments, All Types of Mortgages, Brightstar, Complete FS, Connect for Intermediaries, The Mortgage Trading Centre, Platinum Options, Solent Mortgage Services and TFC Homeloans.

The additions mark the completion of Vida’s lending pilot which saw it partner with packagers 3mc, Buy to Let Club and Residential Home Loans last month. Vida confirmed it has plans to distribute further over the next six months, explaining it has used the pilot phase to fully test IT systems and processes.

Guy Batchelor (pictured), sales and marketing director, Vida Homeloans, said: “Our launch pilot went extremely well and it is testament to the hard work of our team and our partners that we are now ready to move to the next stage. We have proved to be an exciting new lender for intermediaries, as evidenced by the volume of business secured already. We are pleased to be helping intermediaries source suitable products for their clients who have been underserved by the mainstream market.”

Ying Tan, managing director, Buy to Let Club, praised the success of Vida’s pilot.

“They have an online system that is responsive and rich in functionality, some very attractive criteria and USPs in their product range and a good, reliable service proposition. We’ll be using them more and more for our specialist buy-to-let cases in the future,” he said.
