The platform went live this week and will allow mortgage applications to be processed completely online.
Leek United operations director John Kelly said it was a significant development for the Society.
“The system eliminates many of the manual processes that have been used until now,” he said.
“The feedback from our intermediaries has been extremely positive throughout the trial period. We have listened to what they have had to say and what their customers want, and have been able to fine tune the system ahead of launch.”
Kelly added: “Customers’ expectations are constantly changing, as quickly as the competitive landscape, and it is vital that we keep pace with this new environment.”
