Mutual The Nottingham has added four mortgage clubs to its distribution panel, with TMA, PMS and Next Intelligence joining today and Paradigm next week.
Deborah Reeves, corporate accounts manager at The Nottingham, said: “We want to help as many brokers as we can and allow them access to our range of products for their clients. These additions further enhance our strategic plans and give us complete DA coverage.”
Deborah Reeves joined the Nottingham as corporate accounts manager in its broker team in March this year from Skipton Building Society where she held the position of key relationship manager.
Reeves’ role is newly-created, as the society works towards strengthening its intermediary team.
The society reported record gross annual mortgage lending of £798m in February an increase of 24% on the previous year. In quarter four, the lender joined Legal and General’s mortgage panel, as it targeted mortgage business from the intermediary sector.
The Nottingham is the ninth biggest building society in the UK.
