Distributor Atom (All Types of Mortgages) is presenting a series of meet the lender roadshows across the UK in September ahead of the portfolio landlord changes.
AToM’s managing director, Dale Jannels (pictured) said: “These events are crucial in the current climate in providing an understanding of the changes to portfolio landlord business as well as being equipped with the knowledge of the wider specialist lending sector.”
The roadshows will feature 95% prime mortgages, lending into retirement, complex residential, buy to lets and bridging and on to onsite underwriters and packaging.
“All of these opportunities will be covered in our events. We are grateful to have a super panel of lenders willing to support and present to our broker and network partners,” Jannels added.
The half-day roadshows will take place between 9am and 1.30pm at the following locations:
September 13th Southampton
September 14th Bristol
September 19th Gatwick
September 21st Birmingham
September 26th Ipswich
September 27th Manchester
