The winner of the competition sponsored by RGAx the innovation accelerator of RGA, one of the world’s largest life and health reinsurance companies, will snap up £10,000 in funding and press coverage.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate an idea that integrates with or speeds up protection applications in some way or could even help bridge the mortgage protection gap.

The advocates of the top 10 ideas will be asked to attend a judging day on 28 March and present to a panel of judges for 20 minutes and receive feedback from RGAx, a top innovator and investor in the life health and retirement markets.
The judging panel includes Liz Buckley, strategy director at Direct Line Group, Kate Gillmore, commercial director RGAx, EMEA and Bharat Sagar, chairman of AE3 Media.
