360 Dot Net hires Sullivan from Mortgage Brain
360 Dot Net has hired James Sullivan from Mortgage Brain to help the technology provider with its business development – including delivering its latest deal with Alexander Hall.

Sullivan spent 15 years at Mortgage Brain supporting the mortgage intermediary sector with technical solutions.

Mortgage Solutions understands Sullivan will be a key part of delivering the provider’s latest contract with mortgage broker Alexander Hall.

The five-year deal will see Alexander Hall utilise the full 360 Lifecycle practice management solution and FactFind with integrated sourcing to its 70-strong workforce.

It will be rolled-out later in the year alongside bespoke functionality for Alexander Hall users.

Vital to growth

360 Dot Net CEO Carlos Thibaut (pictured) noted that Sullivan’s 14-years of experience as a project manager would be vital to the growth of its products.

“He will be instrumental in shaping and defining our on-going roadmap,” he said.

“Up and coming features such as enhanced workflow, Open Banking integration and direct lender submission will keep us ahead of the competition. Having James on-board guarantees a timely and effective delivery of these features and our core functions.”

Sullivan added: I’m thrilled to be joining the team at 360 Dot Net at a time when the pace of change and the importance of innovation have never been greater for Intermediaries and technology providers alike.

“I’m looking forward to working within the team in order to contribute further to this tradition as they explore the interesting opportunities afforded by Open Banking, machine learning, and deeper data mining.”
